Design Retainer - Graduation 2027

This $75 Design Retainer is for clients who have already reserved a custom graduation announcement spot with ShooFly Paper Co.

Your $75 retainer officially reserves your place on my design schedule and allows me to set aside dedicated time for your custom announcement.

Here's how it works:

1. Reserve your spot + pay the $75 retainer
Your design spot is secured once your retainer has been received.

2. Share your details
You'll provide your graduate's photos, announcement wording, color preferences, and other design details through the questionnaire I'll send you.

3. I'll create your custom design
Once I have everything I need, I'll begin designing your announcement and send you a proof for review. We will make changes from there to make sure it's exactly what you want.

4. Approve your design + place your final order
Once your design is finalized, your $75 retainer will be applied in full to your final order balance.

For example, if your final announcement order totals $175, you will have already paid $75 and your remaining balance will be $100.

5. Printing begins after final payment
Your remaining balance must be paid in full before your announcement is submitted for printing.

A few important details

• The $75 retainer is not an additional fee. It is applied in full to your final graduation announcement order.
• The retainer is non-refundable once design work has begun because your spot reserves dedicated design time on my schedule.
• Your final order total will depend on the announcement options you select, including quantity, printing, envelopes, and any additional customizations.
• Printing will not begin until your final design has been approved and your remaining balance has been paid in full.
• This listing is only for clients who have already been given a custom graduation announcement spot. Please do not purchase this retainer unless you have received confirmation from ShooFly Paper Co.
